Would You Be Ready If Jesus Was Coming On Thursday?

- Historical debate over when Jesus will return
- While we may not know the "day or the hour,"
we do know that it is coming AND that we must
prepare for it.
- Second Appearing vs. Second Coming
- Pre-Tribulation, Premillenial Second Appearing Of Jesus
Christ
- As it was in the days of Noah....
- As it was in the days of Lot....
- So also will the coming of the Son of Man be
- There is an established pattern in these three linked
events
- Degrading Of Society
- Declaration Of Justice
- Demonstration Of Mercy
- Deliverance Of Righteous
- Destruction Of Unrighteous
- The New Testament is filled with prophecies and exhortations
regarding the
Second Appearing & Coming Of Jesus AND our need to prepare
for it.

- If you really believe that God is holy and that you will
stand before Him
in judgment --- is there anything you'd like to change? --- 1

- Purify yourself [if you have this hope]
- Matthew 24:4-14 -- When your love is waxing cold...you are
losing momentum!
